It can also be used at sites exposed to external light, dust, shock, and water, such as visualization of work conditions at construction sites, monitoring of aging and condition using optical fiber/acceleration/vibration sensors in bridge monitoring, and real-time monitoring (disaster prevention and protection) using water level and acceleration sensors in rivers. We provide touch panels in a form suitable for such environments.

"Resistive film method" is recommended for reliable input and malfunction prevention
Resistive Touchscreens are widely used in factory automation applications, where they are not affected by electrical noise, provide reliable input, and are highly reliable. Resistive touchscreens, which allow input by pressing, can be used with any input medium, making them ideal for factory applications where input may be done with gloves or tools.
"Resistive Multi-touch" is recommended for low-cost multi-touch implementation.
The Resistive Touchscreen is ideal for applications such as factory line operation terminals, where accidental input is not an option. The multi-touch function of DMC's multi-touch Resistive Touchscreen can be used to input buttons that should not be pressed accidentally by using the shift key, further increasing safety.
For gesture operation, "capacitive method" is recommended
There is an increasing demand for gesture operation in business/industrial equipment with a light feel similar to that of a smart phone. Since projected capacitive touch panels are susceptible to external noise, it is necessary to be careful when using them in a manufacturing environment where various equipment is crowded and there is a lot of electrical noise. DMC has developed its own touch controller and can support adjustment of the controller to suit the noisy environment, so that manufacturing sites can use projected capacitive touch panels with peace of mind.
